Individually designed and catered to suit programs to support required and pursued development area. Sessions will be focused on initially gathering data to support evidence of approach desirable. Followed by assessed and planned program and methodology infusion. After the practice and living case study of oneself to re-evaluate in debrief and followup sessions. Each case to be approached as a unique one and therefore having varying methods, approaches and defined key areas of observation, tools used to benefit etc.

Healing

All packages combine a mixture of Deep Tissue massage, Sports Recovery, Post Operative and Trigger Techniques depending on the clients needs.

Package prices vary per session type, length and Client needs. All pricing however are ethically very much favorable to the client and based on pricing that is based on being in tune with Karma.

Full Recovery & assessment ~ Typical first session

Dark Myth offers a truly holistic approach to therapy. Whilst remedial massage styles as its core and skeleton a whole body structure of therapy is simultaneously achieved by customizing the methods and styles utilized based upon each client's needs. The remedial massage applied consist of a combination of but not limited to deep tissue massage, remedial Swedish and Sports massage and Trigger Point massage.

As there are many different forms of massage therapy and response and preference of clients too vary, it is practice at Dark Myth that the method and style will be chosen to suit after discussion and assessment.

Deep Tissue & Lymphatic drainage ~ 

Deep tissue massage can be a very good partner to Manual lymphatic drainage. This session focuses more on the body releasing muscular stress and is a very useful and effective detox, cleansing tool to meet various requirements: muscle and or body recovery, post ingestion program of prescribed and or other drugs and medications, general repair, detox & cleansing of the body as per calendared due body service.
